This one-day course is designed to introduce Wastewater OIT - Level 2 Operators to the most common types of sewage lift/pumping stations, and provide the basic operational and maintenance requirements for their use. This course introduces the participant to the basic functional elements including: wet/dry well applications, pump and valving configurations, pump control systems and operating strategies, remote monitoring and control with SCADA, emergency standby power systems and solids pre-treatment or removal.
